Bio

Maggie Hollis writes songs about river towns, back roads, and the people who stay. She grew up in Makanda and plays a 1968 Gibson that has been through three floods and one very bad breakup. Solo, she's a natural fit for wineries, listening rooms, and brunch patios. With her two-piece backing band she can fill a taproom. Her debut EP "Giant City Lullabies" was recorded live in a barn outside Cobden.
