Sawmill Hollow is a family-run brewery in Murphysboro with a 200-person beer garden and an indoor taproom stage. We book acoustic acts for Thursday trivia nights, full bands on Friday and Saturday, and a Sunday brunch set. Our crowd is mixed — families in the afternoon, a livelier crowd after 8. Food trucks every weekend.
